Competence Leads to Confidence. I wish I would have heard this when I was in school. When we as humans start doing anything we are not going to be good at this thing we are doing. As we become competent in the basics, we are gaining confidence through that process. As we get to the next step in your dreams, you will go back down on the rung before you can start gaining confidence again, and you will continue that process until you reach the master level. You must understand this and not give up through this process. Embrace where you are on your journey, and keep trying! Repetition decreases Resistance.
