I talk about discipline and how I was tempted to break my nutritional habits. I think we all need to had some sort of discipline strategy in our life. We must start putting a plan together for our day to ensure we are on track in regards to our dreams and our goals. Some days you wont feel like showing up, So What! If we can control our thoughts and the things we are consuming we can take control back of our lives. Start small and then build upon that.
