I had a conversation with a potential client who had the courage to reach out to me and share her story in regards to where she was in her life! She told me about a lot of loss that she had experienced this year with losing her Father, and animals on her farm,. having some serious health implications as well. She was asking me why she was still here after all the pain and suffering that she had endured. I told her that the pain she had overcome is the access point to change, growth, and self discovery. You see, when a human being goes through the valley and is still alive to talk about what they have overcome they become a very dangerous force of nature. Perhaps its because we have been through something that could have taken our life, or something so incredibly painful that our perspective on life is somewhat different than someone who has never been through the fire. When you realize that you have a story to share and you can impact somebody’s life with your wisdom you can then begin your journey and get out of your own way and get to the starting gate of purpose and significance.
