When you are going for your dream you must remain committed to the process even when you are not seeing a result. Most people equate success to a monetary outcome. If you are podcasting you must realize that most people who start a podcast give up after 3 episodes. So, with that being said I am already in the top 20 percent of podcasters in the world. Going for your dream is a process, and you must fall in love with the process and divorce yourself from the outcome. The result you want will eventually come, but nobody knows when that time will be? You wont get the result if you get out of the game! Podcasting is the best way to get your message out to the world. I am currently working with a local church to set up a podcast to get there message out all over the world! You must be willing to sow the seeds before you can reap the harvest!
