How are you managing your emotions? Are you emotionally intelligent? Do you let your emotions control your behavior in this life? I want to challenge you to be more aware of your emotional state and how your feeling and check in with yourself. Most people want to escape feeling a certain type of way so we often use generic coping mechanisms to make ourselves feel good. We have emotions so we can enjoy life. If something that’s going on isn’t going to affect you 5 years from now I wouldn’t invest 5 of energy into said thing. I have let my emotions control my life for quite sometime. Its time we take control back!
