I talk about the common enemy for myself and 80% of the country! Corporate America! 20% of the country like what they do for a living. Profits over People seems to be the philosophy and there is no wonder why people are trying to escape using generic coping mechanisms when they leave that toxic environment. When you realize that you are not cut from that cloth, you need to start developing an exit strategy! Take a look around your office on what the ladder up looks like. Is that the life you want for yourself? Stressed out, Out of shape, miserable! You are holding onto something inside of you that needs to be shared with the world! You will never have a life of purpose and significance living out somebody else’s dreams. Is the pain of moving forward greater or less than where you are right now?
